We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. You must prepay at our facility or by phone, if you are calling to reserve an appointment for two or more customers. Please silence all cell phone out of courtesy for other customers receiving services. All sessions begin and end by scheduled times.
